Last Sunday after our Boarding students returned from church, they were treated to a fun afternoon of KnockerBall out on the football field. Mr. Ramirez brought out a company to set up the event for them. Most have never played before but were eager to learn how. After a quick tutorial of how to get into a ball, students made teams of 5 and ran onto the field and began “knocking” each other around while attempting to kick a soccer ball into the other team’s goal. These 24 students had a great time and shared many laughs while knocking each other out!

Sunday evening we celebrated Sharon’s birthday in the student center. Mrs. Ramirez baked Sharon’s favorite cake for her. Students came and sang happy birthday to her and we all ate cake and ice cream!
