Rachel Berkley, 8th grade student, competed Thursday in the Tyler Junior College Science Fair. Her experiment on blood spatters placed first out of 8th grade physical science and she won the silver medal out of all grades. Rachel is a student in Jenny Wallace’s 8th grade science class. Several other Brook Hill eighth grade students also competed including Gregory Goates, Kate Kimball, Annaka Willis, Cole Fitzgerald and Daniel Gragg. The students will next compete at the science fair hosted by Kilgore College later on in February.
