New On-Campus Police Officer

RyanBrown(TA)-2

This year we’ve taken some steps to make Brook Hill an even safer place for our students. One of the most important things we’ve done is bring on a full-time Bullard police officer to be on our campus every day.

Brook Hill, meet Ryan Brown, your new on-campus police officer!

Ryan Brown, native of North Carolina, graduated from Garner High School in 2003. At the end of 2005 he joined the U.S. Navy. He was stationed on the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) in Norfolk, Virginia from 2006-2010. During this time, he was deployed twice to assist with Operation Iraqi Freedom. He met Future wife Larrimy Brown onboard the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Upon completion of his service, Ryan started working on his associate’s degree at Tidewater Community College in Norfolk VA. He married Larrimy in December 2009, and moved to Texas in 2010. He completed his associate’s degree in government at TJC and graduated in 2012. In 2012, he attended the TJC Police Academy, and was hired by Bullard Police Department July 21, 2013. Ryan and Larrimy are currently expecting twin boys Colton and Parker in November 2015.

When you see Ryan, be sure to welcome him to The Brook Hill Family!
