This week kindergarten has been learning about measurement. As part of our study, we traced each student and they used their cut outs to measure themselves. We didn’t use the traditional tools to measure with, however. Instead, students used books, blocks, pencils and even Play-Doh cups. It was a great way to differentiate the way our students are learning by applying the principles of measurement in a variety of ways!
