Did you know that many of the sour candies kids eat are made sour with citric acid? Or that soap is slippery because it’s basic? Students in Ms. Adams’ class will be studying acids and bases for the next few weeks. This week, they learned about these acid/base properties in class and then went to lab to explore the conductivity of acids and bases and how acids and bases change colors in certain acid/base  indicators.
